Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
o Identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat
business and customer loyalty.
o Promote and sell travel packages, including flights, hotels, tours, and other travel-
related services.
2. Client Consultation:
o Consult with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
o Provide expert advice on destinations, travel options, and packages.
o Customize travel itineraries to meet clients specific requirements and budgets.
3. Embassy Visits:
o Conduct visits to embassies to promote our travel services and establish new client
relationships.
o Understand and stay updated on embassy regulations and travel requirements.
o Facilitate smooth communication and transactions with embassy officials.
4. Market Research:
o Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
o Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and develop strategies
to capture market share.
5. Sales Targets:
o Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
o Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting
performance, achievements, and areas for improvement.
6. Customer Service:
o Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and build long-
term relationships.
o Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely
manner.
7. Collaboration:
o Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client
satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of travel products, services, and destinations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
High level of customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
Ability and willingness to visit embassies for sales purposes.
