Responsibilities and Duties:-
Lead Generation:
  1. Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads, both locally and globally.
  2. Utilize various online tools and resources to gather accurate and up-to-date lead information.
  3. Develop strategies to expand our lead database and keep it current.

Lead Qualification:

  1. Cold call leads to introduce our products/services and qualify their interest.
  2. Evaluate and prioritize leads based on their responsiveness and potential for conversion.

Lead Management:

  1. Allocate responsive leads to Marketing Representatives (MRs) based on predefined criteria.
  2. Maintain a clear and organized system for tracking lead status and progress.
  3. Continuously engage with non-responsive leads through various communication channels

 Data Management:

  1. Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate lead information and interactions.
  2. Ensure data integrity and regularly clean and validate lead records.

Reporting:

  1. Generate and share regular Management Information System (MIS) reports detailing lead generation, allocation, and conversion rates.
  2. Provide insights and recommendations based on MIS data to optimize lead generation strategies

Qualification — Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Experience and Skills:-

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience
  2. Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment
  3. Excellent cold calling and communication skills
  4. Proficiency in using CRM software and other lead management tools
  5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data
  6. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
  7. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to details
