Experience – 2- 4 Years
Location – Mumbai
Joining: 15- 20 days (immediate joiner preferred)
Qualification :-Bachelor’s degree in any stream
Responsibilities and Duties:-
- Proactively manage follow-up activities for assigned projects and initiatives
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels (internal and external) to gather updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment
- Draft and send professional emails, letters, and reports
- Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Research and gather information as needed
- Maintain accurate and organized records and documentation
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Experience and Skills:-
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and relevant follow-up management tools
- High level of initiative, proactiveness, and problem-solving ability
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel across India
- Experience creating and delivering presentations using presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides).
