Experience – 2- 4 Years

Location – Mumbai

Joining: 15- 20 days (immediate joiner preferred)

Qualification :-Bachelor’s degree in any stream

Responsibilities and Duties:-

  • Proactively manage follow-up activities for assigned projects and initiatives
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels (internal and external) to gather updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment
  • Draft and send professional emails, letters, and reports
  • Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Research and gather information as needed
  • Maintain accurate and organized records and documentation
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned

Experience and Skills:-

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and relevant follow-up management tools
  • High level of initiative, proactiveness, and problem-solving ability
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel across India
  • Experience creating and delivering presentations using presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides).
