Role Description: –
1-Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to
emails, and interfacing with clients on behalf of the Top Management.
2- General Reporting and MIS.
3- Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries.
4- Support the Managing Director in the preparation of all documentation required
for key decision making as and when required.
5- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
6- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
7- Capture Minutes of the meeting and doing comprehensive follow-ups on the agenda.
Other Requirements: –
1-Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills.
2- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to quickly familiarize with company-
specific programs and software.
3- Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties.
4- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with
impeccable multi-tasking abilities
5- Exceptional interpersonal skills, friendly and professional demeanor.
6- Enjoy high life and travelling
7- Should have a Valid Passport
