Scope/Accountabilities of the role:
• Developing and Nurturing Relationships with New and Existing Channel Partners
• Develop And Execute Strategy For Customer Acquisition and marketing Across Multiple Channels To Deliver On The Company’s Sales Growth Objectives.
• Handling Direct Sales, Channel Sales, and Corporate tie-up to Generate Maximum Business for Residential Projects.
• Maintaining Strong Relationships with Channel Partners and Appropriate Teams within Developer Corporations to Ensure Strong Market Leverage
• Responsible For Generating New Business Opportunities.
• Monitoring And Positioning For All Future Projects.
• Monitoring And Positioning our project about any competitive project in the neighboring areas. • Conflict resolution of Channel Partners / Clients.
• Strengthen CP Pay-out, Process Timely Invoices from CPs/ Liaise with CRM Finance Ops/ Strategy/ to ensure timely payouts
Experience :
3 – 5 Years Experience in Real Estate (Preferably with Premium Builders) or premium automobile showrooms, luxury sales
• Hard Core Performer In Selling Residential Properties, especially in Western & SOBO market
• Ready to travel anywhere in Mumbai
