Manufacturer of Adhesive Tapes

We are looking for a well-spoken Tele sales Executive to be responsible for soliciting sales over the telephone. The Tele sales Executive responsibilities include contacting potential customers, focusing on customer needs to close sales, and documenting customer information, purchases, and reactions.
A successful Tele sales Executive has excellent communication skill as well as sales ability. You should be meticulous in keeping records, and able to handle all aspects of making a sale.

1) Creating new leads for sales. Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
2) Manage the necessities of the existing customers.
3) Capitalize on sales volume across all products.
4) Listening to the customers’ needs to generate repeat sales.
5) Handling payments and receivable follow ups with the client.
6) Arranging reference from client for further business expansion.
7) Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
8) Answering customers’ question on the products.
9) Meeting sales quotas.
10) Submit daily report to the Sales Head.
Requisite Skills:
1) Have done graduation or diploma preferably in Sales & Marketing.
2) Minimum 1+ Years’ Experience in Sales.
3) Having good communication Skills & Interpersonal Skills.
4) The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
5) Good sales ability.
6) Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
7) The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
