Working Days – Monday to Saturday
Working Time – 9:30am to 7pm.
Interview – F2F only at Daman
Expert in HR – Should be strong in Stakeholder Management, preparation of JD, Changes in JD, Recruitment whole life cycle, should understand reason for rejection from Stakeholder, Negotiation, Documentation, Joining Formalities, Induction.
Job Responsibilities :-
- Formulate a Manpower plan and share reports every week
- Source and recruit appropriate candidates as required Worker recruitment including from CIPET and ITI
- End to end responsibility of Induction
- Employee Exit ManagementKnowledge/ Skills:-
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and follow up
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Experience of implementing and using HRMS software is a must
Qualification:- HR Graduate or More
- Total experience – At least 5-6 years
- Candidates who have recruited for manufacturing companies will be considered
- IT recruitment experience will not be considered relevant
- Turnover of the company in which the candidate should have worked should have a turnover of minimum 300+ Cr.
