Role Description: –
1-Assist the Head Chef in meal planning and recipe development, ensuring that all meals meet
our nutritional guidelines and standards of quality and taste.
2- Oversee food preparation, ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards of
cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.
3- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure that all ingredients are fresh and
available for meal preparation.
4- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring that they understand and adhere to our standards of
quality, safety, and hygiene.
5- Assist in menu development and updating menus to ensure they reflect seasonal availability
and customer preferences.
6- Help create a positive and productive work environment, leading by example with a positive
attitude and strong work ethic.
Other Qualification:-
1-Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in
a fast-paced environment.
2- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead by example and work
effectively with others.
3- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to maintain a clean, safe ,and sanitary kitchen environment.
