Key Responsibilities:
Technical Skills: Sterling Integrator or Cleo, Sterling file gateway, EDIFACT, ANSI X12,
Transactions- 204, 214, 203 (Good to have)

Responsibilities:
• Assist in the configuration, setup, and maintenance of EDI systems using Sterling
Integrator.
• Collaborate with the EDI team to understand business requirements and translate them into
EDI solutions.
• Learn the basics of EDI standards (such as EDIFACT, ANSI X12) and communication
protocols (AS2, FTP, SFTP, etc.).
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving EDI-related issues, including data mapping,
document errors, and communication problems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration between EDI
systems and internal/external applications.
• Support the testing and validation of EDI transactions to ensure data accuracy and
compliance with standards.
