Role Description: –
1-This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head Chef.
2-The Head Chef will be responsible for managing the kitchen team, training staff, overseeing food quality, managing inventory, and developing menus.
3-The Head Chef will also be responsible for estimating food needs, ordering supplies, and ensuring that the kitchen is clean and meets all safety requirements.
Additional Experience:-
1-Excellent leadership and time-management skills.2
2- Familiarity with food preparation and production methods
3- Experience in menu planning and recipe creation, with an emphasis on health and
Nutrition.
4- Experience in high-end or luxury catering services is a plus
5- Experience with diverse international cuisines is a plus.
Other Qualifications: –
1- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
2- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
