Guest Relation Executive
Job Description:
The Guest Relations Executive will be the primary point of contact for walk-in clients and will be responsible for:
– Assisting walk-in clients and filling out required forms
– Escorting clients to the waiting lounge
– Assigning a sales manager for client assistance
– Managing pantry and stationery stock
– Interacting with clients at project sites and providing project details
– Providing timely and accurate responses to client inquiries
– Maintaining customer database and MIS
– Ensuring basic housekeeping and arranging refreshments for clients
– Following up with clients after sales and handling grievances
– Maintaining sales office premises and providing support to the sales team
– Competencies/Key attributes:
– Proficiency in Excel
– Team player
– Good communication skills
Requirements:
– Well-groomed with a good understanding of luxury
– Strong selling skills in Central and Western market residential properties
– Minimum 1 year experience in using SFDC (SalesForce)
– Willingness to travel anywhere in Mumbai
