Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Document Management Software Sales Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting with corporate clients to promote and sell our document management software solutions. The primary focus will be on driving adoption and digitization of documents within Accounts, HR, Administration, Legal and other departments.

Qualification-  Graduate

Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect and identify potential corporate clients in Mumbai who could benefit from our document management software solutions.
  2. Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking, to generate leads and opportunities.
  3. Schedule and conduct meetings with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, department heads, and IT managers, to understand their document management needs and challenges.
  4. Present and demonstrate our document management software solutions to prospective clients, highlighting the features, benefits, and value proposition.
  5. Customize solutions and proposals based on the specific requirements and pain points of each client, addressing their document digitization needs across Accounts, HR, Administration, Legal, and other departments.
  6. Collaborate closely with the sales team, pre-sales engineers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and excellent customer experience.
  7. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  8. Provide ongoing support and relationship management to existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments related to document management software solutions.
  10. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities using CRM software.
  11. Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in selling software solutions or technology services.
  12. Strong understanding of document management concepts and technologies is desirable though not mandatory.
  13. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  14. Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  15. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  16. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
