Role Description: –
1-This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie.
2-The Chef De Partie will oversee a specific section of the kitchen, such as the pastry section or the cold section.
3-The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing and cooking food, managing inventory, ensuring food quality,
maintaining hygiene standards, and supervising junior chefs and kitchen staff.
4-They will be reporting to the Head Chef and will be stationed at our Mumbai location.
Qualifications: –
1- Cooking skills, including proficiency in various cooking techniques and cuisines
2- Experience in managing a specific section of the kitchen
3- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage inventory
4- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team
5- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
6- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
