The key responsibilities of this role are as follows:
Hire, lead, mentor and manage a team of 20+ site-based billing engineers across India
Develop a line of senior billing engineers to handle increasing workload and project volume
Drive all billing reporting and activity in SAP S4HANA ERP
Prepare and manage detailed bills of quantities (BOQs) based on drawings and specifications.
Conduct site measurements and prepare quantity estimates for various construction activities.
Verify subcontractor and supplier bills and ensure timely payments.
Prepare and submit interim payment applications and final bills to clients.
Maintain and update project cost records, including variations and change orders.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate billing and cost control.
Review and verify client contracts and agreements to ensure compliance.
Prepare and submit monthly billing reports and cost statements.
Monitor project costs and highlight any discrepancies or potential overruns.
Assist in the preparation of tenders and contract documentation.
Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve any billing-related issues.
Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures.
Prepare and maintain project cash flow forecasts and budgets.

Knowledge:
1- ERP (SAP or other) knowledge and experience will be looked upon favorably.
